Hi! i’m Ella, Owner of Salon Eight Ellaven. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2016 and have been in Charlotte since 2017! I love all things pink and girly but also grungy and edgy as well. You can find me sipping an Iced latte, with my two cats, or riding motorcycles with my friends. I dabble in almost everything hair wise but particularly love low maintenance dimensional color, men’s cuts, special occasion hair and some pink and purple peekaboos. I’ve dreamed of having my own salon since I started beauty school and I hope you will love my salon as much as I do!

Hi! I’m Emma! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since July 2024. Even though I love everything hair, my favorites are razored and layered cuts. Shags, mullets, mod cuts, you name it! I also enjoy funky and dimensional color! When I’m not doing hair, I’m singing and dancing to my favorite songs, cuddling with my cats and dog, and hanging out with my friends. My captivating Fiskars haircuts eventually evolved into custom cuts, colors, balayage, and babylighting. Color is my second language. I speak fluently in reds, chocolatey browns & low maintenance blondes. On my time off, I like to crack open a cold kombucha and create art, pottery, and use my metal detector like a nerd…and probably hit up a thrift store or two. Hi! I’m Ashley and I’m new to the Charlotte, NC area, originally from Massachusetts! I've had a passion for hair ever since I was a kid, and I’m so excited to experience this new city!
